Whatever You Do

Posted on October 23, 2016October 24, 2016by Teri Lynne Underwood

Welcome to Day 23 of 31 Ways to Embrace Lopsided Living! On Sundays we are meditating on a verse that encourages us in our Lopsided Living pursuit.  Today’s verse is one I am leaning into a lot lately. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. Colossians 3:23 WHATEVER YOU DO […]

Posted on October 20, 2016October 22, 2016by Teri Lynne Underwood

Welcome to Day 20 of 31 Ways to Embrace Lopsided Living! I need to make a confession. I didn’t use my Jawbone yesterday. Why? Because it’s been so long since I have worn it I couldn’t even find the charger until this morning. It’s all charged up and I’ll be monitoring my steps today! Just […]

Sometimes Good Enough Is Enough

Posted on October 14, 2016October 22, 2016by Teri Lynne Underwood

Welcome to Day 14 of 31 Ways to Embrace Lopsided Living! Remember yesterday when I said to choose best over good. So true, right? But let’s face it, we can’t be the best at everything we do. Nor can we give our best to every situation or activity we are involved in. It isn’t possible. […]

Love these Bible Study Resources!

The Daily Grace Co. is one of my favorite places for Bible study resources. Gospel-driven studies, beautiful journals, and more.
This is hard. And none of us was really prepared for how hard it would be. Here's what I'm finding, even when I don't FEEL hope, I can KNOW hope. Because hope isn't a feeling, hope is a Person. If you're struggling, lean into Jesus.
Why is giving ourselves space in between Bible studies valuable? Two reasons not to jump from study to study.

Not sure what or how to pray? I wrote this book for all of us who want to pray with confidence and power.

Praying for Girls: Asking God for the Things They Need Most (Bethany House, 2017) by Teri Lynne Underwood contains 200 Bible-based prayers as well as suggested activities and conversation starters, Praying for Girls is a must-have tool in every mom’s arsenal.
