Kicking Off One Amazing Summer – #B90Days Week 1 Reading

Oh yeah … the time is here!  One Amazing Summer begins tomorrow!!

Each Sunday I’ll post the readings for the week divided into three sections for each day.   {When I started breaking the reading into three parts, I made some minor adjustments so some days these readings will not end or begin exactly with the official Bible in 90 Days plan.}  I have downloadable calendars and weekly reading schedules availablevso if you get behind or take days off, it will be easy to catch up.

But before we get to that, I want to give you a word of encouragement:

We are never too old to study the Bible. Each time the lessons are studied comes some new meaning, some new thought which will make us better.   {John D. Rockefeller}

As you read this week, you will be encouraged.  And you might get a little discouraged.  You will have more interruptions to your reading schedule than you anticipated and more difficulty carving out quiet moments alone.  Don’t fret!!   Earlier this year I shared ten tips for a great quiet time.  I encourage you to read over that list and remember to give yourself grace if you get a little behind or even miss a day this first week.  It’s not the end of the world!!!

Don’t forget to stop back by here tomorrow and leave your comment or blog post linking up to let us know you’ve gotten started.   You can also check in on the Facebook group.  Stacey, Ruth, and I really believe that accountability and community are the key to completing this challenge … Please, don’t not check in because you’re behind or embarrassed or confused.  Let us be your cheerleaders!!

One Amazing Summer begins tomorrow!  Let’s do this thing!!
