Posted on May 30, 2017May 30, 2017by Teri Lynne Underwood
What I'm Reading {May 2017} Books on marriage, ministry, and more!

Can I tell you a secret? I wish I was one of those bloggers who did the “what I wore” posts. I love cute clothes and if we went to lunch or grabbed coffee one morning, I feel sure we’d chat about where your necklace came from or how much I love my Evy’s Tree […]

What I'm Reading || March 2017 || Christian Living, Women's Ministry, Memoir, and More

Y’all, I’m still reading some of the same books I started in January.  This really never happens but March has flown by.  Scott did two revivals, Casiday had prom, and I’ve been working diligently to prepare for the Praying for Girls: Asking God for the Things They Need Most launch. {Which is less than four […]

What I'm Reading ... books by Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth, Emily Ley, Stacey Thacker, and more ... topics such as priorities, biblical womanhood, parenting & more!

I love these What I’m Reading posts! I hope you do too. If we were sitting together at a coffee shop or in my living room, I am sure books would come up. And I would surely tell you about what I’m reading and probably (because I can be a little bossy sometimes) I’d tell […]

{Book Review} LIKED: Whose approval are you living for? by Kari Kampakis

Posted on November 15, 2016November 15, 2016by Teri Lynne Underwood

Last week, Casiday looked at me and said, “I know you don’t like when people talk about how many likes they have on social media, but my picture of Mamaw has over 100. Isn’t that sweet?” I smiled at her because, for that one moment, I knew she’d been listening to all I’ve been telling […]

{Book Review} 66 Ways God Loves You by Jennifer Rothschild

Posted on November 10, 2016November 9, 2016by Teri Lynne Underwood

This week has been hard in so many ways. Our beloved Mamaw Underwood is slowing fading from this earth. And we are thankful for the almost 92 years she has lived and the way she has loved her family so well. But we are keenly aware that her days here are few and soon she […]

What I’m Reading || November 2016

Posted on November 1, 2016January 24, 2017by Teri Lynne Underwood

If you want to know how long it takes to write a book, the answer {for me at least} is—the whole series of “West Wing.” No joke, I started writing with the first season as my background noise because Aaron Sorkin’s writing is genius. And yesterday I hit send on the email to my editor […]

Dig into Scripture with me?

Scripture Dig — a community for women who want to DIG into God's Word. Develop the habit. Invest in others. Grow in confidence.

Love these Bible Study Resources!

The Daily Grace Co. is one of my favorite places for Bible study resources. Gospel-driven studies, beautiful journals, and more.
This is hard. And none of us was really prepared for how hard it would be. Here's what I'm finding, even when I don't FEEL hope, I can KNOW hope. Because hope isn't a feeling, hope is a Person. If you're struggling, lean into Jesus.
Why is giving ourselves space in between Bible studies valuable? Two reasons not to jump from study to study.

Not sure what or how to pray? I wrote this book for all of us who want to pray with confidence and power.

Praying for Girls: Asking God for the Things They Need Most (Bethany House, 2017) by Teri Lynne Underwood contains 200 Bible-based prayers as well as suggested activities and conversation starters, Praying for Girls is a must-have tool in every mom’s arsenal.
