Today I’d love to offer you some verses to pray for your husband’s heart. Covering his heart is prayer is vital because as Scripture tells us, the heart determines the course of our lives {Proverbs 4:23 NLT}.

One of the greatest gifts we can give our husbands is praying for his heart. || TeriLynneUnderwood.com

These are just a few of the verses you can use as a guide to pray for his heart. I encourage you to make a list of Scriptures that speak to the character of the heart and incorporate them into your prayers not just for your husband but for yourself, your children, and other people in your life.  There is incredible power in using Scripture as the foundation for our prayers.

Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.

Acts 13:22

Psalm 57:7

My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast! I will sing and make melody!

Ecclesiastes 10:2

A wise man’s heart inclines to the right, but a fool’s heart to the left.

Deuteronomy 4:29

But from there you will seek the Lord your God and you will find him, if you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Psalm 19:14

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.

Psalm 119:11
