My 2015 31 Days Series Sneak Peek

STAND OUT ... 7 traits of a counter-cultural life {coming October 2015 to}

Every October I join the throngs who write 31 days straight.  Here are the series I’ve done in previous years:

2010: 31 Days Under Construction {notes from real-life journal}

2011: 31 Days of Joy {a journey through Philippians}

2012: 31 Days of #MustRead 31 Days Series {a gathering of great links!}

2013: 31 Days of Living Well {in full disclosure, this series I never quite finished … draw your own conclusions about what that says about me! LOL}

2014: 31 Verses to Pray for Your Girl {definitely one of my favorite 31 days series … and this one actually led to another one earlier this yea — 31 Verses to Pray for Your Marriage}

This year, I’d love for you to join me as I spend the month of October sharing some thoughts on counter-cultural living. It’s a hot topic right now but sometimes it feels unattainable. At least it does to me … because most days I’m just a wife and mom trying to make sure everyone has clean laundry and decent meals. I read all the blog posts and articles about people doing these amazing things for God and I wonder if there is room in kingdom advancement for someone whose life is pretty much unremarkable.

Maybe you can relate?

If so, join me here every day in October as we explore 7 traits of a counter-cultural life. We’ll spend 3 days looking at each trait and there will be some other great information tucked in to the beginning and end of the month — and four Bible verses I’ll be memorizing {and inviting you to join me in doing so!} to help keep the journey grounded in the truth of the Word.

So come back next Thursday and join me as I kick off STAND OUT!
